This series formed part of my degree show at the Royal College of Art in 1995. The backgrounds were traced by hand from photos I took around London, and then scanned and coloured digitally. Most of the locations are no longer around – the orginal Run and Become in Victoria, the post office at Old Street roundabout. The Castle pub is still there on Crystal Palace Road in East Dulwich.
